Bio
Serge Girard (born 25 October 1953) is a French ultramarathon runner. He set the male record for the fastest world run. Prior to his continuous world run, Serge had run across North America (1997), Australia (1999), South America (2001), Africa (2003/2004) and Eurasia (2005/2006) setting several world records. Serge is a former finance director who now serves as the mayor of his hometown in Normandy, France.
